• After you submit your booking via WhatsApp, email, or phone, we will provide you with the booking details, including the invoice and booking confirmation.
• To guarantee your booking, a 50% down payment (DP) of the total invoice must be made before the due date.
• Payments can be transferred to our corporate account at BANK CENTRAL ASIA (BCA) or to the owner’s BRI account. Once the transfer is complete, please send the payment proof to our marketing staff via WhatsApp or email.
• Your booking will be processed immediately after we receive the down payment. Once finalized, we will send you a Payment Receipt as official proof that your booking is confirmed.
• Final payment (remaining balance) must be settled 1 day before (H-1) the scheduled activity.

• Cancellations made up to 3 days before the trip (H-3): A cancellation fee of 25% of the total price will be charged.

• Cancellations made 1 day before (H-1) or on the day of the trip: The down payment (DP) is non-refundable.

• No-shows on the day of the trip (with or without prior cancellation notice): All payments are non-refundable.

• The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the schedule/itinerary in the event of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, war, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the field crew’s control that may compromise the safety of participants or crew).

• Schedule or itinerary changes/cancellations caused by force majeure are non-refundable.
